Mine became the owner in two days and it took me two inquiries and three weeks to get a replacement part. The juicer takes up a lot of space and is heavy. Because it uses bags to hold the pulp between tiers, it's very messy since it's heavy and the counter is difficult to clean. It is difficult and dangerous to work because the motor is always running in both phases. The pulp always ends up in the juice. There is no easy way to safely clean your coffee grinder. I got mine back after struggling with it for a month and paying $300 for a refill.
