I bought this color to replace a top coat that was getting very thick and weird. I also really liked the blue color. The color I received looks exactly like the picture. It's not too thick so it's easy to apply. It took 2 coats to get the perfect color. The base and top were also of good consistency. I think my light heals in 30 seconds and it worked. I didn't pay attention to the picture and had to see how an annealed top compares to a regular no-wipe top. Not sure how different it is (apart from being way better than the one I had to throw away) but it's clean and very shiny. I wiped it with alcohol out of habit, but it didn't seem very sticky before wiping. I am tempted to buy more colors from this brand.
