Review on Hand-Waxed American Beeswax Organic Hemp Wick - 50ft, 1.0mm Diameter by Jen Slocum

So I bought this product to replace the hemp wick that came with this nice little lighter that inserts the wick into the lighter etc almost the same, a little thinner but almost the same. Well, this thing turned out to burn really fast, almost too fast to ignite my weed without chasing it with my fingers. It was a bit annoying but still worked and I'd love to use it. Well I get an email from a seller - unrelated to Revain - which has never happened to me, and they ask me what I think of the product. . I tell them it's good, but it burns pretty fast and they should consider making it burn slower. I get a response like they tell me the next day that they got me a new wick roll with more wax that was supposed to burn slower and it was shipped the next day. I get a new wick within a week and it actually burns much slower and I have absolutely no complaints! TL; DR: Good product if they keep sending slow burning wicks. Customer service was fantastic too. hp The wick also almost burns to dust so there is no ash, which is great!
