Ideal for trim and license plate frames
I live in New York and need a faceplate. The total fine with the surcharge is $283. Ouch! I looked, looked, tried the tow screw to attach the retaining plate, doesn't work. Here is the one you want. It's so well designed. All you need is a 7mm wrench. The bolts are easily accessible lying on the floor. Simply loosen the 2 screws, attach the plate and insert the screws. I liked that the plate can actually be screwed to the bracket. It comes with all mounting hardware.
