I slept next to my 10 year old daughter one night and found that she was grinding her teeth all night! I ordered them the next day and was very happy with the purchase. There are a couple of aligners that will come in handy as she is going to have orthodontic treatment soon and we need to take a new impression. They were too big for her mouth, but I used scissors to cut off the back and part of her upper lip before placing them in the hot water. The instructions for making the mold were clear and I used a meat thermometer to set the correct water temperature. Definitely recommend!
