Review on 🔧 M15 Oil Drain Plug Tap Thread Repair Kit: Restore Oil Pan Screws with Rethreading Tool by Dan Tsourvakas

This kit has become a lifesaver. I tore off the oil drain hole on my friend's 2003 Civic while changing the oil. I don't know how, I didn't even tighten the screw when it went. It doesn't help that the oil drain thread is aluminum and the drain plug is steel. I was looking for a 15mm tap but couldn't find it. Then I found this set at Revain and it was just what I needed. Threading and installing a new connector took just a few minutes. I did my best to get the aluminum shavings out of the drain hole, but getting them all out is probably impossible. I think that's what oil filters are for. After installing a new spark plug and adding new oil, the car runs and works perfectly again. It remains only to figure out what to do with 5 spare drain plugs. ?
