Upgrade. I originally gave this fan 5 stars in February 2020. It worked great and I liked it. Wow, it's May. I ran this fan almost continuously for a month and during that time a serious crack in the build quality of the product was noticed. This fan started running for a few minutes and then shut off for a few minutes. Then he returns. It's been doing this for a full week and I'm assuming the motor is failing. I've had cheap boxing fans that I ran non-stop for years that eventually just died. I expected more than I got from this fan. I'll use it until it dies, but I can't recommend it anymore. I'm so glad I have this fan! First, it's bladeless, so don't worry about children's fingers. This is a fan and heater. The operation is very intuitive, but the instructions are also good when you need them. The funny thing is, when I set it up and tested the functionality, I started dreaming about the remote control. I decided to double check and sure enough I found the remote on the floor. Expect it to be noisy at high speeds, but no more than any other fan. At lower speeds, airflow is excellent and it's very quiet. I also like that you can tilt your head up and down to suit your needs. Yes. It also fluctuates.
