Don't be afraid of technology - simple instructions!

As the first user, I was a bit scared - and that doesn't have to be the case! I almost shied away from it and then missed the ease and convenience it has to offer! * I suggest READING the instruction manual... (I'll share directly if needed/not needed for those who don't know my reviews.!) The instructions are easy to follow. You will find them simple, easy to understand and, if you stick to them, a useful reference when needed. Even suggest ideas.! Small size = dinner for two or a side dish! Be sure to note! I was expecting the size and it was still a bit amazing! It makes the perfect first quarter gift, honeymooners, singles, college dorms, or to add to your own kitchen repertoire. I personally learn shrinking in a family of 6. There was only one high school student who is rarely at home. this is perfect for my husband/me and the occasional latecomer! (It's too difficult for me to use a small pan with a large pan, so if you're in the same boat, try a smaller pan!) Favorite feature is the preset timer! This is ideal if you are away from home and want to start cooking before returning home. If you're cooking all day (or halfway away) it won't turn on until the set time, allowing the food to be fully cooked when you walk in! Delightful - owning this pot has opened the door to preparing various items previously unavailable for daily meals - all BC, out of trouble. Well, not anymore! (Honestly, I've barely scratched the surface of what this bougie slow cooker can do. It's going to be fun!) I hope this information helps you in your decision- Bon appetit!
