Review on MoonLa Tabletop Christmas Ornaments Decorations by Mike Donathan

Revainrating 4 out of 5

Cute little Christmas tree

I received this Christmas tree yesterday. In general I am satisfied. I'm not sure I'll be decorating my big table tree this year so I wanted something small just in case. I also wanted a tree that was hammered and pre-lit, so this tree fits the bill. It didn't come out of the box wrapped in plastic, so carefully cut the tape before removing it from the box. The branches fold in when you take the tree out of the box. I've spent quite a bit of time playing around with them to get them where the wood looks even. Not all branches are long, especially at the top, but I made them look as balanced as possible. As I leveled the branches, quite a bit of flock material came loose. The tree comes with a small amount of pine cones and plastic berries, but these are infrequent and unevenly distributed throughout the branches, hence my rating of four stars instead of five. The tree also comes with the base already wrapped in red fabric and requires absolutely no assembly, which I find preferable. The tree comes with nine really fun battery powered lighting options that are white on my tree. Batteries are not included. The battery box attaches to the tree with green wire and is visible but easily hidden with a tree apron. Also in the package are two small bags of colorful baubles, which I placed in a decorative bowl rather than hanging on the Christmas tree, and four gold bows, one of which I used in place of a topper. As you can see from my photos, the tree is small but very beautiful, especially when it is lit. If you have large trees throughout your home, this can be a great little accent tree for a side table, dining table, or dresser. It's also a good tree if you're downsizing and don't want the extra hassle of installing a large tree with lots of decorations. Finally, the price is under $20. When I pack up the tree for storage, I leave it unrolled and put it upright in a plastic bag for the next year. In general I like this tree. I recommend getting one if you're looking for something small, beautiful, economical, and unfussy.
