Read reviews discussing some issues here are some tips to make it work. I folded the top with clear tape to make a channel for the curtain extension. I only used small pieces of velcro on the sides from top to bottom on both sides so I could make small adjustments. Fold the curtain at the top so it's loose at the bottom to allow the magnet door to close. My dog quickly learned how to get in and out. It really keeps the cold out. The temperature in the room is kept stable. I look forward to using it with air conditioning in the summer. There are magnets in the middle and at the bottom that fix it securely. Really durable, but still can't solve the durability problem.
