Most recent version was easy for our organization's needs, it has improved efficiencies in the process we use daily (i.e., POCs/DCO) - but more work still needed! I would say that they have made good improvements; however there are many additional features which should be implemented into this tool if possible. Make sure you research what your specific need is first before purchasing software like GCAS since some things may not even apply to your type of contractor / industry. We used it mostly during COOP processes when receiving POs from Government Contractors, then sending out DCO requests back for a final approval by contracting officers prior to award. This program helped us streamline the paperwork/processes required between different parties involved throughout the entire procurement life cycle.
