Easy installation if you watch the video.

the chain I received broke through the packaging and there were no real instructions. But a quick search on Tube for "main link chain" did the trick. You'll need a chain tool to shorten the chain for your bike, but you don't actually need any tools to assemble it. With the pins installed correctly in the master link, you can rotate the chain so the link is up, hold the rear brake, and pedal. It will make sense when you look at it. To remove these, however, you need a master tool or very narrow needle-nosed pliers. All in all it was really easy to do -
