The only reason I didn't give this item 5 stars for how easy it was to install was because of the instructions. If they had specified that the new console's bottom cover had to be removed, the installation time for the plate and springs would have been significantly reduced. I may be a bit slow-witted, but once I figured it out, it was a quick and easy process. I like the way it looks. Goes very well with the interior of my truck. I recommend this product without hesitation, considering the above caveats.
