Please choose another brand. B&D has lost its credibility! Everything was fine until one of the levers stopped locking for toast. It took 5 weeks for B&D "Spectrum Appliance" to send me a model to replace the toaster. They forced me to cut the cable and provide a proof photo before approving me for the re-released version. Appears after 5 weeks from the manufacturer. Packaging bursts into a giant shipping carton (3-4 times larger than a toaster. Place on counter, bread in slot. Lever down. Half of the items don't work, like large portions of each plate. Did the company again contacted , and the toaster is awaiting order so my second replacement was delayed by two weeks unfulfilled and i have no idea when or if i will have a good one again or send it back for a refund a week reverse the busy schedule, taking care of my kids, my house, my husband, my challenging career and in a pandemic the worst money I've ever spent.
