I was really looking forward to this bag and was very happy when I received it. It was well packaged and cared for. I immediately started filling my new bag with my contents and when I was done I put it in front of the door to leave in the morning. In the morning, as I was about to leave, I grabbed my awesome new bag and almost immediately it broke. Two grommets on one handle were open or not fully engaged at all. I tried a quick fix but it didn't work. I brought my new bag, Revain box and protective outer bag to come back later. A friend at work suggested I replace the bushings. I was happy with this idea because I didn't want to return the bag. It lasted 3 days of Prime instead of 2, so I didn't want to go that long without a replacement. I found matching bushings at Joanne's, replaced the bad ones and so far everything is going like clockwork. I love this bag and really didn't want to return it but I was a little frustrated with the design of the bag and then had to invest more money to make it work properly. Ultimately I would give the brand another shot as they all look like quality products.
