I like that there is no credit check required to open an account, so you can build your own relationship with other banks without all of this red tape! Also it's easy to track transactions using their interface and mobile app which was helpful in my daily work life as well as customer service needs. It would be nice if they offered more international options because some countries are not easily accessible from them right now (Canada). However, we had access via Mastercard/Visa cards and debit card through UBS bank accounts when needed.
