I like having multiple seating options in my office because sometimes one computer chair isn't enough for an 8 hour work day. I've heard a lot about kneeling chairs and decided to give it a try. Sitting in that chair was an adjustment, but whatever it was, my posture improved after a few weeks in that chair. It could also be all in my head, who knows. This chair definitely guides your body to at least sit differently. I wasn't trying to use this chair for all day use - it's not as comfortable as I would like in a chair. This lap chair is on wheels and while the wheels are locked any misalignment of this chair could cause it to slide. Personally, I would have preferred a kneeling rocking chair and wider seats/cushions to accommodate my body. The cushions themselves are relatively deep and the faux leather feels nice. Height and tilt angle are adjustable - nice. This chair is also height adjustable to fit under my desk which is great for storage. I'm 5ft 2in and have found that I can sit in a chair in a variety of ways, including "apple sauce criss-cross". See photos for reference. Not sure if that was the point of the chair but hey it works and was comfortable.
