I like that it can track users when clicking links in emails or social media posts - this helps me identify how many people have clicked my link vs just seeing "1" number from an email marketing service provider (like MailChimp). Also if someone clicks through directly into one page then we don't get any data points until after 30 minutes which makes tracking user behavior difficult at times since there's no way tell whether our content has been viewed by anyone before 1 hour mark etc.. This software isn’t very easy to use compared other web analytic tools out there so take some extra effort getting used to its interface/features prior purchasing version 3+.
