The service was excellent. The product arrived on time and well packaged. 5 star service.I would rate the actual product as a 3 or 4 star. So far I have come across one pen that had broken plastic in the top making it unusable and most of the pens need to have the screw on tip tightened before use or you run the risk of them breaking as well.The mixed ink pens have the colors so far apart that it is impossible to get the rainbow effect which is what those pens are for. In addition the other inks have either duplicated or other colors so close you can see no difference making the actual selection of colors nowhere near the 60 claimed.On the plus side they are much better than other gel pens I have used which feel scratchy when using while these pens have a smooth ink laydown making them much easier and pleasant to work with. The fine tips make them better to use in intricate drawings and great for the small areas in coloring.I highly recommend having a piece of scratch paper of the same finish and weight of your work page to test the pens. Firstly because the "seal" on the ink needs to be broken. They will not color on the first couple of lines. Secondly and more importantly to try out the color because it does not always look like the ink in the barrel or on the top of the pen.I like to relax by coloring in adult coloring books. In the past I have only done these in colored pencil which allows me much greater freedom to blend and makes for a softer overall look. These pens are a bright bold change that will be excellent for some of the pages that I want to stand out.All things considered not a bad investment. I would like to add that Arteza has been extremely helpful. Each step of the way from order to post delivery customer support they have been outstanding. I highly recommend this seller as they go above and beyond what one might expect to make sure the customer is satisfied.
