Review on Hankook Ventus V12 evo 2 Summer Radial Tire Review: 255/40R19 93Y by Adam Kaniuk ᠌

My money wasted, product is terrible.

Departure on them for 2 years and less than 15 tkm . the tires are worn out. Moreover, the wear of one wheel is much greater than that of the others (the nature of wear is the same for all). The main impression from the tire is huge pulls, driving at high speed is unpleasant. I struggled with pulls with an increased pressure of +0.4 to the manufacturer's recommendations, the car with such a pressure is controlled better, but the grip became even worse anyway. All 15tkm suffered from shaking on the steering wheel can not be eliminated by balancing. Replaced the tires with bridgestone potenza, the steering wheel no longer beats. The tire fell into the UHP category due to a misunderstanding - there would be good budget tires for low-speed front-wheel drive cars, if not for the quality.

Pros
  • behavior on wet pavement. Cross slip starts and stops gently, and the decrease in wet grip is almost imperceptible. Sliding is accompanied by a characteristic vibration and it is the same on dry and wet ground.
Cons
  • Very weak sidewall - the tire will break through to the disc on minor bumps. Fed 595 is much better at this The tire flexes noticeably in a turn. Coupling properties on dry land are low. not at all what you would expect from UHP tires. Tires cannot be balanced, all 4 curves, as they were not rearranged, the steering wheel shakes.
