I have never written a product review before but decided to write about a positive experience with this product. When I bought this product I bought it because it was cheap and on sale. To be honest I wasn't expecting much. However, to my surprise, the product was well packaged with individual pouches for all the necessary cables. However, packaging is not everything, the product must work! Well the product was pretty impressive again. It has good color balance and is bright enough (could be a bit brighter), but for the price it's pretty good. My nephew loves it when he plugs in his Nintendo Switch and it works like clockwork. Everything was fine but for some reason the monitor stopped working while my nephew was playing a video game on his switch. I was frustrated because the warranty had expired for at least 1 year and during the pandemic I hardly used the monitor because I was working from home every day so I used my regular monitor instead of a portable one. The monitor wasn't completely dead so I figured support might be able to help. I'm so glad I did. The person who emailed me was Becky and she was very helpful and polite. She tried to diagnose problems and in fact the product was broken. I thought I was dead in the water but Becky told me that since I haven't used it much because of the pandemic, she might be able to help me. me. She worked with other staff at Newsoul and found me a replacement very quickly! I asked them what I should do with the monitor and instead of just throwing it away they wanted to find out what went wrong so if it was a more serious problem with their monitors they could fix it. So she sent me a shipping label and I sent it back to them so they could diagnose the problem
