So I bought this on July 6, 2019 It has probably not arrived, blown or been used for several weeks, ie mid-July. We used it for a couple of weekends and it was ready at the end of August (short season in the Adirondacks of upstate New York). I had one of the kids blow it off and we kept it in a heated garage all winter. I pulled it out on July 5th and noticed that 3 out of 6 handles were starting to break (using LESS than 2 months). I pulled out the receipt and saw that the warranty was 1 year and there were no exceptions on the site. So I filled out the online warranty and then sent a separate email with photos of the defects and a build tag along with a copy of the receipt as instructed. Guess what? Airhead denied the warranty claim, saying it was normal wear and tear. For real? 2 months and an integral part of the product fails, is used as intended, and Airhead calls it normal! I asked her to reconsider and got no response. So IMO I WILL NEVER BUY AIRHEAD (or SportsStuff as they are a good company) AGAIN! They just don't stand by their products. In search of a replacement I called another manufacturer as I needed to know what to do in a similar situation. Their national sales manager spoke to me for 15 minutes (he worked for Airhead 10 years ago) and said their warranty fully covers these pins. I won't give you the name of the company because you'll think I work for them or a competitor, but I can tell you it's not XGEAR (although I've never bought their products, I have no idea how good they are ). All I know is that I cannot support a company that refuses to honor its own guarantees. DO NOT SUPPORT COMPANIES YOU DO NOT SUPPORT!
