My only regret is that I didn't buy the conditioner. Just using the shampoo makes my hair very soft, but leaves it so clean that it's a bit difficult to comb through. Think like a sparkling clean. I bought because I was interested in more natural ingredients and the lack of sulfates. I didn't buy the conditioner because my hair is fine and I'm trying to clear the build up, but I've changed my mind and will order the conditioner when I use all the conditioners I currently have at home. I am very satisfied with this shampoo and a little is enough. And that's a good thing, because this shampoo costs a little more than I would normally pay, so it lasts just as long as a cheaper product.
