I used grab bars in the bath/shower. The finish and quality of the product is excellent and goes well with the existing Moen polished brass bathroom fixtures. The object was attached to a ceramic tile wall backed with plaster of paris and a concrete slab. I found the included 2" screws to be a bit short for attaching to the wall's wood studs, so I opted for #10 3" screws. I highly recommend using a 3/16 inch carbide tipped bit for installing ceramic tile. Other than the recommended drill bit size of 1/8 inch which is too small. The ring does not get stuck when pressed against the wall. The problem is easily fixed by applying a small amount of clear silicone sealant to the top half of the pad's backing. Overall, I highly recommend the product. worth the cost.
