Looks like a good quality product. The rubber grip and support looks and feels good. The product seems strong enough to get the job done for home use. The curved part is a great addition to the rod. This helps put pressure on the window pane for cleaning. The only thing I didn't really like was that the head isn't really flexible and bendable like it's shown and advertised. It takes a lot of strength to bend it and it returns to a straight position instantly. So don't expect it to bend 90 degrees. But overall it is a quality product.
