I thought it would be easy to connect 2 monitors to my docked laptop for work. After looking at descriptions and reviews I found that not every connection allows me to have 2 separate monitors (one monitor to mirror my laptop and one extended monitor). I started thinking that there is no easy way to make this adjustment until I came across this product. I was pretty sure it would work plugged directly into my laptop, but I wasn't sure it would work plugged into the docking station's USB port. I wanted. Very satisfied so far!
