I like the construction, it's solid and stays closed. I've had no problems with loose or loose bits in the box, although many x/64 slots are empty. The only design feature I really dislike is that the larger bits are in front of the smaller ones. This means I have to fold down the large and medium bits to see and access the smaller ones. I would have preferred the smaller ones to be in front as I could see the larger ones through them. However, this is a minor point. The only other problem is that if you accidentally drop something between the holes, it can be difficult to get it out as it prevents the compartments from opening and prevents you from getting there. But I've only made that mistake once and I've used it many times, I've just learned my lesson and carefully put the bits in the holes. This is excellent value for money.
