I ordered two legs for my ski boot. One for the bow, we placed the second in the middle closer to the stern of the boat. The sticks will not stay in place and will move or fall off when you tighten the boat cover. You have to make several adjustments, which is a problem. If you could secure the underside of the supports to keep them from moving that would be helpful. Otherwise they seem to be a good product. You definitely need 2 supports so that water does not collect on the lid of the boat when it rains!
