*Edited with the help of Customer Service*After my initial feedback, the Customer Service team contacted me to help resolve issues I was having. The team was incredibly helpful and in the end the connection issue affected the robot. I contacted my ISP and the 2.4G internet connection issue was causing connectivity issues. PLEASE NOTE: Your internet lines must be split into 5GHz and 2.4GHz and the robot will only connect successfully on 2.4GHz. While mine indicated connected, errors in the line caused a disconnect and every time the vacuum left the dock it immediately disconnected from the internet causing it to stop. After fixing through the ISP, the robot works as it should. The customer service team was very helpful in troubleshooting and solving minor issues which helped identify the root cause. They even checked to make sure the issue was fully resolved. I changed my rating as my internet was causing problems and the Lefant team was very helpful and responsive. Overall I feel much better as a company with my purchase and will consider further purchases from Lefant. When I first started I was immediately excited. The trash can was FULL to the brim and my floors looked really good. Family and friends complimented how clean the floors are with 2 cats and a dog throwing up in the sky. I mean, as for the vacuum cleaner, I was impressed. The wipe function was ok. It doesn't detect carpet versus laminate or tile, so you'll need to close doors in carpeted areas, and if you have carpets, they might get a little wet. In general everything is fine. Not scary. After days of being stuck, getting lost, trying to find a docking station, he slowly began to learn and began to move into every room. My doubts: Initially it worked for about an hour and a half with a fully charged battery. , sometimes longer. In less than a month, battery life has been significantly reduced. In the last few days, after just a few minutes of use, the battery has completely drained and does not even reach the docking station. Today it ran for 2 minutes before completely draining on a full charge. The app went from 100% battery to 0%. It probably made it less than 10 feet. The contacts are clean, the dust container is empty, just died. super dead. For the price of this robot and the time I've had it, it seems insane. I fully expected to have to replace parts over time, but all this in less than a month? No way. I have contacted the manufacturer to see what replacement or troubleshooting options they have. I will update when I get permission but for now I am very unimpressed and see no reason to choose this robot over any other brand at the moment. If you asked me in the first week I would recommend it to everyone and give it a full 5 stars, but that's just not possible. Buyers, be careful, the battery dies almost immediately in my case. If you are paying full price for this item, consider all options.
