Great extra boost for athletes

Based on my experience, this hydration product is great for athletes. It provides a boost of hydration and also supports immunity, which is especially important during intense training. The taste is subtle and not too overwhelming. However, the packaging is a bit inconvenient for on-the-go use. Overall, a great addition to any athlete's health and household routine.
