Small but easy to solder
This block is small and thinner, but very useful! 3 or 4 stars. It's not the typical "brick" size we use in metalsmithing classes, and the texture isn't as strong/sturdy. My stone arrived intact and was well wrapped in bubble wrap to protect it. Pins are good for securing your work and are easy to clean by rubbing cement flat. I cut grooves in some with my big files to allow air to circulate. Just check the measurements to make sure it's the right size for you. ** I bought this when the price was pretty low so I'm glad it's my smaller stone for my more delicate projects.
