Review on 🚗 2016-2021 Mazda CX-9 MAXLINER Floor Mats - Black 2 Row Liner Set by Tommy Abreu

We have just bought a 2018 Mazda CX-9 and wanted to protect our investment. We looked at expensive WeatherTech mats and then found this set at Revain for less than three quarters their price. We just received them and they fit perfectly. They are made to order. I was particularly impressed that the front floor mats even included locking caps that matched the locking pins on the OEM front floor mats. (these are round "buttons" that can be seen in my photos). I was impressed in every way. I just hope they last a long time. 03/15/19 - We just got through our first winter with them. We were visiting my sister in New Jersey and survived a small snow storm. Of course we managed to fill the front mats with snow. As the snow melted, we noticed that the carpet under the driver's seat got wet. It seems those buttons snapping onto the studs on the floor of the car let the melted snow seep through. Caps that snap onto cleats fit loosely in a large hole and have a gap that allows the cap to easily mate with the cleat. This game is NOT waterproof and collected water will seep through. I've since taped the edges of these caps with tape. Just thought I'd pass this on as it defeats the whole purpose of keeping the rug waterproof.
