Review on πŸ“± 12 Pack of Sticky Pad Phone Grippers for Cell Phones and Tablets - Anti-Slip Mat Holder for Car Dashboard, Home Office, School Use, and Decorations by Robert Maysey

Revainrating 2 out of 5

Really sticky on some things, not on others.

I wasted my money on this. I first used it to mount my phone on the dashboard. You must be careful with your movements when you put it on the dashboard because if you don't get it right the first time, it will be difficult to remove, it will stretch and then stick to itself. If you set it up well enough, the phone will hold up great throughout the trip. But it is very difficult to remove the phone from the sticky pad. It eventually peels off the dashboard a bit and sticks to my plastic phone case like crazy. Once you manage to get your phone, the sticky pad stays in there and collects dust. Sticking a rug to hang things on the wall worked for a while. But in the end everything collapsed. It either didn't stick to the painted wall or to the item I had hung. I've only hung items between 8 ounces and 3 pounds. I had to go back to the nails to hang my stuff. Even my laminated Year at a Glance calendar had trouble sticking, but I was able to hold it up both on the wall and on the poster by adding an extra notebook or two when some of the notebooks started peeling.
