This bottle is really good. The lip is really smooth, it's comfortable to drink. It's mostly glass, so nothing reacts with liquids. There is some plastic in the lid, but the part that closes the water bottle is metal with a silicone O-ring, so the plastic never comes into contact with the liquid. Well. It's relatively easy to put on and take off compared to other bottles I've had. My only complaint is that the silicone lifts off the holes and water can get stuck in it when you wash it off. I suspect it's a tradeoff between staying down and being east to launch or take off. My bottle did a great job in the dishwasher. The strap dried quickly and although the o-ring came loose in the wash I put it back in and it's now tight enough not to leave a bottle behind. Everything is easy. Big. I have other bottles from more well known brands and this one surprised me with its quality as I thought it was just a cheap mystery brand that I would find mediocre. All in all I am very impressed.
