This unit was easy to assemble, looks sturdy and does the job perfectly. We love it and may be ordering another one soon. It's worth what it costs. Incidentally, since my wife's iPad is not wide enough to be held securely with the spring-loaded device holders on the side, I use two large rubber bands to be on the safe side. But that's no doubt due to my own insecurities and perhaps my husband's habit of disrupting things. The iPad really stands on a shelf on top of the device. This is a secondary point. We like the article very much. Although it costs more than most of its competitors, it's worth the purchase price.
