The tea is really good! And a little goes a long way, with a strong hibiscus scent. I don't smell any ginger in it, but it probably gives the hibiscus its spiciness. I love the dark pink color and the taste. It is ideal for preparing iced tea as well as hot tea. It's even good if you want to experiment with adding other tea flavors, maybe mint or lemon, or even other fruit flavors. I blended it with green tea which adds color and flavor to plain boring green tea. This tea itself has a slight astringency but retains some sweetness and has a berry flavor.
