The first 30 days are not free as advertised. I received these two phones as a birthday present for my teenage twins. When they arrived I activated them on the general wireless website as instructed and nothing was free. I had to pay for the first month for both and no additional time was added. I've waited a few days to see if it gets fixed but to no avail. I chatted live on the Total Wireless website who told me this promotion is not real and does not exist until I linked it to this for sale listing and then they said the phones will be activated on July 15th should, although it clearly says by July 15th. They didn't accept this action and told me to go with Revain. So I chatted live with Revain who had to rebook me a few times and offered a small credit to my account for the inconvenience (which never showed up in my account either). If you need a spare phone, that's fine. If you are thinking about using Total Wireless I would definitely say go Cricket, Boost or whatever because the customer service for Total Wireless is terrible. them from the local store. An absolute robbery. go somewhere else Total Wireless does not abide by its own Terms. I'm disappointed that Revain still has this offer with the advertised first 30 days free if Total Wireless doesn't recognize it.
