The quality is worse than I have ever seen, a complete disappointment

I suffered for two days. Windows 10, connects once, then flies and does not connect again. And on the first connection it works for 5 minutes in total. What have you not tried. And native drivers and drivers from Windows. And looked at the services. And the registry. Everything is useless. As a result, the purchase of a normal adapter helped. And this one is just tossed out.
