These belts have stood the test of time. A small foam pad prevents them from scratching anything under the buckle. My old straps were too soft, difficult to get through the buckle and tended to twist when pulled. There are no problems with this. They're stiff enough to thread through easily and stay flat when you pull them through. Even has a little velcro to secure them after swaddling. Definitely recommend. Change: January 2020. Three years later they are still using the same belts and they are still in great shape.
