At first glance it looks great. The chrome finish is fantastic and I had high hopes for this adapter. We needed this to upgrade the bidet in the commercial restrooms at my work which required us to hook it up to a sink instead of a toilet. We have had nothing but leakage issues with both faucets we have purchased. It's very easy to strip the threads on it, but that's not even the biggest problem. If you hold the deflector vertically, with the nut up and the T-side to the right, that T-side will unscrew and have a tiny gasket. We found that this tiny pad could withstand the pressure of sink water. We had to completely disassemble it, replace the gasket and then fill it with dope and then tighten it as tight as possible. take it for all the leaks. Do yourself a favor and make something Made in America. Our diverters were made in China and the craftsmanship, or lack thereof, was clearly evident. I wish I could just spend the extra $10 just to make sure it works great on first install.
