The process of creating my profile, connecting with agents/customers was easy. I like that it's completely free to use and is simple to navigate through. It can get confusing at times if you're not familiar with Customerly which makes using this tool difficult for new users. If your looking for something very basic then I would suggest trying out other platforms first before jumping into Customerly. We are able to provide great support to our customers without having to pay expensive consultants or employees.
