Use the J-hook adapter from the original Jeep wipers.
I would give them a 5 because they are great wipers but the adapters don't work well with the Wrangler. The J-Hook adapter works fine on my Chevy truck, but won't stay on my 2009 Jeep Wrangler. The J-hook on the Wrangler has a small hole at the bottom (1st photo) that requires a small button to snap into place. The PIAA adapter doesn't have this (2nd photo) and won't hold the wiper. I removed the adapter from the original wipers (3rd photo) and snapped them into the wiper. Now they are firmly attached to the J-hook and work great.
