I don't like anything about this backpack! It is 100% practical and cute. The zips are very easy to use (no sticky zips!) and the quality of the bag is very good and a steal at this price! My ONLY advice is that you should also get a soft protective sleeve for your laptop as there is not enough padding on either side and no padding on the bottom to protect your laptop. However, the bag is large enough to fit in your laptop which has a protective sleeve on top. I'm glad I have the larger backpack and I love how the outside pockets protrude out of the bag rather than inwards which would take up space from your goodies inside.
