I love this product! I'm prone to ingrown hairs so I use it all over my body especially my legs and my shaving experience has made a world of difference! I'm on the heavier side too and this is so excellent for removing dead skin and cleaning areas that really need to be kept clean! My husband works in construction and I also buy him his own, it really helps get all the dirt out of him and really cleans him up super! I recommend this product 100%, one side is abrasive to clean and the other side is very soft with soap. I'm usually very picky about my soap but I really like the soap that comes with the sponge, it doesn't irritate my skin and smells amazing. I have this product in every fragrance and I love them all equally! I use this product 3 times a week, my husband uses it every day and we both love it! Depending on how often you shower, make sure you keep it in the shower where it can dry out after each use, you don't want it to stay damp and mold to grow on it.
