For the price, this knife is a good deal. Chinese made knives have come a long way from what they used to be and this knife is an example of progress. It is very sharp out of the box and has an extremely sharp point. It should be handled carefully. The handle is textured and provides a good grip. The blade steel is sufficient to provide good use and if taken care of should last a long time. Easy to open although I prefer a flipper knife. I would not use this as my go to knife for camping but I have been using it on a daily basis and I like its performance. Once again, good bang for the buck.
