First let me say: WOW! The simplicity and precision of this device make it great. The packaging and presentation of the SteakChamp thermometer is clear and attractive. It was very easy to use, right out of the box. Quickly activated the thermometer, following the instructions in the booklet, and introduced to the beautiful fillet cut. Quickly fry both sides and turn off the heat so the SteakChamp can do its job. After a few minutes and a few turns of the steak, the YELLOW blinked twice and I realized the ideal temperature (medium) was getting closer. It can be used for steak, chicken and fish! Definitely recommended for anyone who wants to achieve the perfect steak temperature!
