The ease of use to navigate through our system! It's so easy for employees (or even non-employees) to utilize this program in order to keep up with inventory levels across multiple departments. I have not found anything yet that I dislike about my current experience using Transcendent; however, there are some minor things still being addressed from time to time. Do yourself a favor by trying it out, and see if it fits your business needs. My previous employer utilized this product solely for tracking inventory throughout their sales team. This allowed them to ensure all products were available at their retail stores.
