I ordered two of these. Both arrived in boxes heavily damaged. I wasn't too worried since they are metal. However, one of the bags of hardware had a hole in it and a couple of washers were missing.Another problem: The racks have holes in them where you insert bolts to attach the reinforcement bars to the back. One of the holes was not drilled out at all. Therefore, in order to assemble the rack, I had to drill a hole into which the bolt could be inserted.The documentation is innacurate and incomplete. It is inacurate because it indicates that there is more hardware included than there actually is. Since the amount indicated in the documentation is more than actually is needed to assemble the rack, it isn't a problem.assuming the bags don't have holes resulting in lost nuts and bolts.The documentation is incomplete because it doesn't include instructions on how to install the reinforcement cross bars that are attached to the back. I thought maybe it was just one that had a page missing but both of the racks I purchased had the same documentation and this step was missing in both sets of instructions. This isn't a big deal because it was easy enough to figure out.Although the damaged boxes and missing hardware could be blamed on shipping, the hole not being drilled and the documentation being innacurate and incomplete is unacceptable.All of this being said, once I got some extra hardware and drilled the necessary hole, the assembly was easy and the racks are very sturdy.
