The best thing about this tool it's that you can upload your own template so if I have used any other platform before then they were more limited in what templates are available (I am talking mainly from experience of Salesforce). It also has some really good integrations with Zapier which makes automating things even better! If there was anything i didn't like at first glance would be how confusingly laid out everything seems but once familiarised its fine as soon as we get our head around using each part properly - getting started isn’t too difficult either just take time understanding where certain functions fit into place when creating new profiles or uploading files etc.- Automation helps us save loads of work otherwise necessary by hand especially considering number of leads generated daily now compared to previous methods.- Easy integration across platforms such Gmail / Outlook Calendar/ Slack & Google Drive saves lots off effort having multiple apps open up every day searching through emails trying find relevant info etc.–.
