A very decent, well made product for relieving the symptoms of plantar fasciitis. I particularly prefer the rolling log as it's easier on my foot where my pain is located (heel) but I also use a larger spiked ball to relieve muscle tension, although it's a bit ticklish at times! - and I used a smaller ball to reduce the stress on my shoulder blades. This is a versatile kit for a variety of muscle issues and comes in a very nice pouch. The items are also relatively lightweight, which is incredible given that I can take them with me on trips in the bag that comes with it. Price-performance ratio.
